Effect of dehumidification dryer

A good drying efficiency determinant is 4 points as follows: drying temperature DryTemperatur, drying time Residtime, air volume Airflow, temperature Dewpoint, and these four factors ring around each other, the change of any one condition will affect the drying effect.




The drying time (Residtime) refers to the predrying time before the raw material is formed. Too long the drying time will cause the raw material to degenerate or caking or waste energy, and the short drying time will cause the high water content. For example: PC/3 to 4 hours, ABS/3 to 4 hours.




The drying temperature (DryTemperatur) refers to the air temperature that enters the dry bucket. Each material is limited by its physical properties, such as molecular structure, specific gravity, specific heat, moisture content and so on. When the temperature is too high, the local additives in the raw material will be volatilized or caked. Too low will make some crystalline raw materials. The material can not meet the required drying conditions, such as PC/120 C, ABS/80 to 95 C. In addition, insulation and thermal insulation are needed on dry barrel selection to avoid drying temperature leakage, resulting in lack of drying temperature or waste of energy.




Temperature (Dewpoint) refers to the unit of gas drying (Shi Run) level when the gas is cooled to the temperature of the moisture contained into it. The less the moisture in the gas, the lower the temperature. A good dehumidifier dryer should be able to reach a temperature of 40 degrees Celsius.




Air volume (Airflow) is the only medium to take away moisture from raw materials. Air volume will affect the dehumidification effect. The air volume is too high, causing overheating temperature, causing overheating (overheat) and affecting the stability of the *, the air is too small to take away the moisture in the raw material, and the air volume is also the dehumidification capacity of the dehumidification dryer.
